Reflections on 2013

As we come closer to the end of 2013, I have decided that today is as good as any to reflect on everything that we have been through..

Mostly a great year, I have taken my health into my own hands and have lost 2 sizes since August. It hasn't been easy but with hard work and dedication its been possible! My surgery went better than expected and after the initial first week I am pain free for the first time in years! Don quit smoking in May and has been using the e cigarette for 7 months! We are all ecstatic with his progress and try to encourage him on a daily basis. Keep up the great work babe! :) We made more money which has been a God send, we have two healthy kids who are both A students and are thriving and changing so much, we have lived in the same house now for 10 years and we are thankful for stability and we have been so blessed with an abundance of love. Our family has been blessed and we are so very thankful <3

My Grandma Thomas passed away in March of this year and my Uncle was dx with small cell lung cancer last month..other than that 2013 has been kind to us in so many ways.

As we head into 2014, I pray for only great things for my family and for yours! Have a blessed Christmas and New Year's! God Bless!
